Micropore Technologies Vision-500TM image analysis device is a cost effective image analysis system with a size range 'Region of Interest' entirely tunable by the client. This means that it is possible to investigate particle, or drop, size around the desired value in great detail - rather than simply accepting the manufacturers pre-set values.
The curent minimum size measured is 20 micrometres and systems can be provided for measurements up to 1000 micrometres. Samples are presented to the image analysis system using a flow cell. The device interfaces to a PC and is capable of communicating with industry standard software for process control and analytics.
